Spencer graduated from Central Saint Martins, London in 2006 where he honed his image making crafts in Dalston in the East End of London. 

In 2010, he moved to San Francisco and now resides in the West End neighborhood of San Rafael where he works as a designer and image maker.

Inspired by photographer Martin Parr and the rich image-making tradition of East London, Spencer searches for the wit in everyday scenes while connecting his image-making to a strong sense of place in his artwork.
